Les Minton has over 40 years’ experience in the motor industry repair sector with 24 years automotive assessing experience, as an Independent Consulting Motor Engineer also an Insurance Company Staff Motor Engineer.
Our Beginning
In Les Minton’s time as Motor Engineer Assessor/ Trainer he has been President of the Institute of Automotive Engineer Assessor’s and whilst still a practicing assessor was one of the group of experts who set up the 1st VDA. ATA exam and has been on the expert working group as this qualification has evolved into its present format.
L M Automotive Solutions offers a range of training and consultation services to suit the needs of the customer/individual, from basic beginner’s introduction into Vehicle Damage Assessing through the Institute of Motor Industry (IMI) VDA. ATA to the advanced level required to achieve competence for the Institute Automotive Engineer Assessor (IAEA)
